Tara Peaches Chidi Enahoro, Esq. is a Nigerian-American, New York- and Texas-based transactional attorney specializing in Entertainment, Intellectual Property, and Emerging Technologies. As the Founder and Senior Counsel of TPC Enahoro Law Group in New York and Consulting Partner to TPC Enahoro Law in Lagos, she delivers strategic legal and business solutions to creatives, startups, and multinational organizations operating across industries and borders.

A Miami native, Tara earned her B.A. in Economics with a minor in Sociology from St. John’s University, followed by a First Class LLB (JD) and a Distinction in her LLM in Commercial and International Law from the University of Buckingham. She is also a certified International Oil and Gas Specialist, and was admitted to the New York Bar in 2017 and the Texas Bar in 2023.

Early in her legal career, Tara gained diverse experience in Labor and Employment Law, Family Law, and Oil and Gas Law. In 2018, she co-founded Unanimous Games, a Black-owned, full-service eSports company that bridges the gap between gaming and entertainment. As COO and General Counsel, she lead all legal and business operations, establishing herself as a trailblazer in the gaming and esports industry.

In the tech space, Tara serves as COO of ÀTI Africa, a Lagos-based technology solutions company driving digital transformation across the continent. She is also Chief Legal Officer of House of Vision Sports Agency and a certified NBA agent, advising African athletes on contract negotiations, brand development, and long-term career strategy.

In 2020, she launched TPC Enahoro Law Group, LLC, where she continues to support clients navigating intellectual property, entertainment deals, startup structuring, and cross-border commercial matters.

A passionate mentor and startup advisor, Tara supports early-stage companies in scaling sustainably and navigating complex legal frameworks. She has been a featured speaker at industry-leading events, including:
